5K RUN/WALK & 10K RUN

THANK YOU for interest in the 4th Annual FFCF Labor Day Bash Dash.  The profits raised from this event are donated each year to the Friends and Family Cancer Foundation, the FFCF, which is celebrating its 11th anniversary this year.  For eleven years, the FFCF has been helping your friends and family members in the Juneau, Sauk and Adams counties face the financial struggles that accompany their fight against cancer.  This year the FFCF surpassed $125,000 in total disbursements having helped more than 200 people from 22 communities over the past eleven years.

A special THANKS to those of you who are past participants of the Bash Dash.  Last year we added the 10K to make things more challenging and NEW this year is the Pledge Contest.  This will allow you to raise funds above and beyond your registration fee.  This is not mandatory but the top pledge earners for each of the three events, 5K Walk/Run, 5K Team and 10K Run will win deluxe prize baskets!!  We hope you will consider helping out this great cause!!  The more money we can raise, the more the FFCF can be of help to those who face this trying time.  One thing cancer can’t do is squash a person’s generosity and compassion, its human nature.
